Caleb's First Vacation - Part 2

While we were down there we rented a cabin. We rented it online and the place did not give you addresses of the actual cabin, but they said that it was about 10 min from down to Nashville Indiana. It would have been nice to be a little closer, but it was nice. Sort of like being at home. Close to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

It was a quaint little cabin with a large kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms one of which is in a loft and the other was an extension off of the living room.

The living room had a nice fireplace and plenty of things for Caleb to explore. And believe me he loves exploring. His favorite was the step between the living room and the kitchen. We brought quite a few toys with us but his main entertainment included empty water bottles stacked together.

Also on the property was a small lake with a row boat. Caleb was not trilled about it mostly because of the life vest but Mike had fun rowing himself to the other side.

Caleb and I just sat and played with leaves on the hill beside the lake. I convinced him that crunching the leaves in his hand was more fun than eating them.
