Update email

If you are wondering what the email is about that you got, we have been told that people like to know when we make updates therefore we set up a list of people to be automatically notified when we make posts. If you don't want the emails tell us and we'll take you off the list no feelings hurt because I hate spam too. If you don't receive our update emails but want to I'll add you if you send us an email.
